Rev. Robin Canty Rolle, stands on her favorite scripture Ephesians 3:20 “Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us.” She accepted the Lord and was baptized at a young age, at Mount Salvation Baptist Church where she actively served in music and the young adult missionary ministries. She graduated with honors from Virginia Union University, and later joined Campbell AME Church in DC, where she accepted the call to preach and delivered her initial sermon July 20, 1986. She is an Itinerant Elder in the AME Church with a Masters in Theology from Evangel Theological Seminary and has served in ministry in Virginia, DC and Maryland as an Assistant Pastor; Minister to Women; Bible Study Instructor; Church School Teacher; Prison Fellowship Ministry; Liturgical Dance Ministry and Choir Director. She served several terms as President of the No. Va. Interdenominational Women in Ministry for the Western Region; Leland Seminary Advisory Board; Potomac District AME Women in Ministry (WIM)Caucus Leader; WIM Worship Leader; and New Beginnings Domestic Violence Board member. She is also a retired Mediator in Commercial, and Workplace Mediations; and in Family Conflict Resolution.
Rev. Robin, founded Glory Light Ministry (GLM) in 2009 as a Television and Outreach ministry at the Lord’s prompting to “go into all the world to preach the gospel to every creature.” (Mark 16:15). She conducted television broadcasts twice a week though VA and NC from 2009 through 2015; and has produced several creative worship & dance productions globally throughout the US and numerous countries and/villages in Kenya; South Africa; Ireland, Mexico and St. Lucia. By Gods’ grace GLM built a Church & Community Greenhouse Garden for the Pentecostal Acts Church in Mariakani, Kenya to provide food and income for God’s people.
Currently the ministry can be seen on the NOW Christian Network on Monday mornings at 2am EST, (beginning the last week of July 2026) televised worldwide as we continue to provide teaching, preaching, outreach and amazing retreats for women, and married couples. We also host a daily morning devotion “Walking Thru the Word” Monday thru Friday; and teach a Wednesday Night GLM Community Bible Study in Southern Maryland.
Rev. Robin also serves as an Associate of the ministerial staff at Jerusalem AME Church in Clinton, MD. She praises the Lord for her husband, Bro. Warren Rolle, daughter, Rev. Charisma Canty Mallory, and extended family.
It is her desire to represent the Lord well by ushering in the glory of God through teaching, preaching and celebrative praise. To God be the glory!
